Vintage Kid Western Cowboy or Cowgirl VEST 1960s Horses & Star

Here is a vintage fringed cowboy(girl) vest from the 1960s. This is probably vinyl and has a red silk type inside. This has been kept folded for many years but has no damage. As I tried to show it's 13" from armpit to armpit and about 12" long.
