Used. Comes in non-original packaging. This plate is in Fair overall cosmetic condition with minor blemishes from prior use.  There are some drips and residues of who-knows-what on the front panel, dark spots on the top, and parts of the paint just behind the control panel are bubbling up with corrosion behind. There is one biggish spot of bare metal where the paint is missing behind the control panel.
Notes:
This plate is in good working condition. The stirring speed and temperature control both work as expected.  We observed the speed of our stirrer change as the speed control was adjusted, and the temperature of the plate got hot very quickly.  NO other testing was done. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
