For sale are 2 HTA Model 310 HPLC autosamplers with 10 sample tray. Used only 30 days—in perfect working order.
THE HTA Model 310 fits every HPLC system. Its direct syringe injection minimizes dead volume, reduces carry-over and improves repeatability. Full and partial loop injections are both performed with very accurate & reproducible values. This autosampler can also perform serial dilutions and derivatizations.
This is a syringe-driven autosampler capable of programming injection volume, sample wash, multiple injections, derivatizations etc. Offers RS-232 capability and HPLC & valve interface.
Tray contains space for up to 10 sample vials, 4 wash solvents and 1 waste vial.
Pre & post injection wash: 0 to 9.9ul in 0.1ul steps; 10 to 500ul in 1ul steps
Washes: Up to 15 washes for every injection, every sample or every sample group
Loop Wash: 0 to 9.9ul in 0.1ul steps; 10 to 500ulin 1ul steps; up to 15 washes
Sample Wash: Up to 15x and discharge to waste or loop via programmable plunger strokes and viscosity dwell adjustment.
Will fill loop with variable sample volume from 0-9.9ul in 0.1ul steps or 10-500ul in 1ul steps; has adjustable flush volume and plunger speed
Is capable of sample derivatizations from 0-9.9ul in 0.1ul steps and 10-500 in 1ul steps; will repeat up to 15 cycles with reaction time up to 25.5 min.
Both autosamplers are completely functional with no software or mechanical errors. Included are manuals, power cords and interface cables. Autosamplers are supplied with 100ul syringes but will use either 250ul or 500ul syringes. Original purchaser found them “too smart” for their application.
